Jargon Jam
In the Name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Most Just.
There comes a point where silence begins to feel like betrayal—not to others, but to truth itself. And so, I speak now not to defend myself from rumors, accusations, or the perceptions of people, but because Allah has given me a burden that I must carry with clarity, not confusion. That burden is the responsibility to clear my name—not for pride or ego, but to realign the narrative with the truth Allah has always known.
I need it to be understood, unequivocally: I am not playing with the Qur’an. Astaghfirullah. I would never use the Book of Allah as a cover, a disguise, or a justification for sin. The assumption that I have done so is not only false—it is deeply insulting to the sincerity that has guided me, often painfully, through some of the most difficult trials of my life.
The accusations made against me have come in many forms. I’ve been painted as someone who abused the deen to get what she wanted, someone who pretended to be guided while privately engaging in dishonesty, cheating, and manipulation. And yet, these accusations fall apart when held up to the simple reality of my life.
It does not make sense to claim that someone with my history—as a daughter, a sister, a wife, and a mother—could live a life of such contradiction while still walking a path visibly marked by struggle, loss, and divine intervention. Who would choose to live as a fraud while simultaneously being put through the public and private pressures of divorce, wrongful arrest, and child welfare investigations? These are not the outcomes of someone “getting away” with anything. They are the signs of someone being tested in full view of others—and still choosing to hold on to Allah’s guidance.
There are people close enough to me who have weaponized my story to serve their own personal conclusions. They say I’ve been blessed and guided my whole life and yet accuse me of being ungrateful. They frame my growth in faith—particularly my choice to cover my face—as a stunt, a mask, or even a trick. And many have tried to stamp my divorce as a product of rebellion rather than reflection. But the reality is, I did not walk away from my marriage in peace. It was interrupted unjustly by authorities who misinformed, misled, and manipulated a false narrative. And still, I carried myself through it with the same sincerity that brought me to Allah’s path in the first place.
Some rumors have gone even further. I’ve heard the false claims that I was pregnant and desperate to abort a child. I’ve heard that my `iddah was invalid, that I failed to uphold the requirements of the deen during this critical time. What I’ve actually witnessed is the way others have used my sincerity as a point of exploitation—casting doubt on my every move, as if my commitment to Allah was a costume to be removed when convenient. But Allah knows that I have only grown more convicted in my truth, not less.
What these rumors truly expose is not my character, but the failure of others to pass Allah’s test. They were tested with what they thought they knew. They were tested with gossip, assumptions, partial truths, and access to influence—and they failed by using all of it to cause harm. Lies were told to authorities. My character was dissected and reconstructed into something unrecognizable, not because it reflected who I was, but because it served someone else’s need to control the story.
Allah tells us in the Qur’an to think well of what we do not know. To weigh matters with fairness. To judge only after deep thought and sincere reflection. And to never become a person who causes mischief. But in this situation, mischief has become a tool. Sarcasm has replaced sincere advice. And storytelling has overtaken truth.
The irony is, the more details are revealed, the more it gets distorted. The story was never meant to be centered around me. Allah didn’t guide me to make me famous or put me on a pedestal. He guided me to test us all—myself and those who would witness it. And as much as people think they’ve exposed me, perhaps they are the ones under Allah’s spotlight now.
I know how it looks. I know people think I’m the “dimwit” who gave up her inheritance in the midst of her divorce, and irresponsibly relied on her father and husband her whole life, and now wants to preach about guidance. But that dependence was never a weakness—it was preparation. When I gave up my worldly attachments, it wasn’t because I had no other choice—it was because Allah was teaching me to rely solely on Him. That’s the real metaphor. And it’s one people missed because they were too busy trying to prove me wrong.
Following Allah’s guidance doesn’t make you immune to pain. It doesn’t protect you from judgment or misrepresentation. But it does give you clarity, vision—and peace. Even when everyone around you is questioning your credibility.
So I say this, not for attention or sympathy, but for the sake of truth. I did not choose this path to deceive. I chose it to survive and rectify my matters safely. Let Allah be my witness. And let the truth, one day, settle everything else.
Surah Saba (34): Verses 28–30
28.
And We have not sent you (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم) except as a giver of glad tidings and a warner to all mankind, but most of men know not.
29.
And they say: "When is this promise (i.e. the Day of Resurrection) if you are truthful?"
30.
Say (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم): "The appointment to you is for a Day, which you cannot put back for an hour (nor put forward), even if you were able."
Surah Fatir (35): Verses 28–30
28. And of men and ad-Dawâb (moving living creatures, beasts), and cattle, in like manner of various colours. It is only those who have knowledge among His slaves that fear Allâh. Verily, Allâh is All-Mighty, Oft-Forgiving.
29. Verily, those who recite the Book of Allâh (this Qur’ân), and perform As-Salât (Iqâmat-as-Salât), and spend in charity out of what We have provided for them, secretly and openly, hope for a sure trade-gain that will never perish.
30. That He may pay them their wages in full, and give them (even) more, out of His Grace. Verily, He is Oft-Forgiving, Most Ready to appreciate (deeds).
Surah Muhammad (47): Verses 11–21 — Muhsin Khan Translation
11.
This is because Allâh is the Maula (Lord, Master, Helper, Protector, etc.) of those who believe, and the disbelievers have no Maula (lord, master, helper, protector, etc.).
12.
Certainly! Allâh will admit those who believe (in the Oneness of Allâh - Islâmic Monotheism) and do righteous good deeds, to Gardens underneath which rivers flow (in Paradise); while those who disbelieve enjoy themselves and eat as cattle eat; and the Fire will be their abode.
13.
And many a town, stronger than your town (Makkah) (O Muhammad ﷺ) which has driven you out, We have destroyed. And there was none to help them.
14.
Is he who is on a clear proof from his Lord, like those for whom their evil deeds are made fair-seeming to them, while they follow their own lusts (evil desires)?
15.
(This is the description of) the Paradise which the Muttaqûn (the pious) are promised: therein are rivers of water the taste and smell of which are not changed, rivers of milk of which the taste never changes, rivers of wine delicious to those who drink, and rivers of clarified honey (clear and pure); therein for them is every kind of fruit; and forgiveness from their Lord. (Are these) like those who shall dwell for ever in the Fire, and be given to drink boiling water, so that it cuts up their bowels?
16.
And among them are some who listen to you (O Muhammad ﷺ), till when they go out from you, they say to those who have received knowledge: "What is it he has said just now?" Such are men whose hearts Allâh has sealed because they followed their lusts (evil desires).
17.
While as for those who accept guidance, He increases their guidance, and bestows on them their piety.
18.
Do they then await (anything) other than the Hour, that it should come upon them suddenly? But some of its signs have already come; and when it (the Hour) is actually on them, how can they benefit then by their reminder?
19.
So know (O Muhammad ﷺ) that Lâ ilâha ill-Allâh (none has the right to be worshipped but Allâh), and ask forgiveness for your sin, and also for (the sin of) believing men and believing women. And Allâh knows well your moving about, and your place of rest (in your homes).
20.
Those who believe say: "Why is not a Sûrah (chapter of the Qur’ân) sent down (for us)?" But when a decisive Sûrah (explaining and ordering things) is sent down, and fighting (Jihâd - holy fighting in Allâh's Cause) is mentioned (in it), you will see those in whose hearts is a disease (of hypocrisy) looking at you with a look of one fainting to death. That is more fitting for them.
21.
Obedience (to Allâh) and good words were better for them. And when the matter (of fighting) is resolved on, then if they had been true to Allâh, it would have been better for them.
Surah Taha (20): Verses 133–135
133.
And they say: "Why does he not bring us a sign (proof) from his Lord?" Has there not come to them the clear evidence of what is in the former Scriptures?
134.
And if We had destroyed them with a torment before this (i.e. Muhammad ﷺ and the Qur’an), they would surely have said: "Our Lord! If only You had sent us a Messenger, we should certainly have followed Your Ayât (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.), before we were humiliated and disgraced."
135.
Say (O Muhammad ﷺ): "Each one (believes) in his way, and you will know who is in the right path, and who has received guidance (rightly)."
Surah Yaseen

36:7

36:11

36:13
And put forward to them a similitude; the (story of the) dwellers of the town, [It is said that the town was Antioch (Antakiya)], when there came Messengers to them.
36:14
When We sent to them two Messengers, they belied them both, so We reinforced them with a third, and they said: "Verily! We have been sent to you as Messengers."
36:15
They (people of the town) said: "You are only human beings like ourselves, and the Most Beneficent (Allah) has revealed nothing, you are only telling lies."
36:16
The Messengers said: "Our Lord knows that we have been sent as Messengers to you,

"And our duty is only to convey plainly (the Message)."
36:18
They (people) said: "For us, we see an evil omen from you, if you cease not, we will surely stone you, and a painful torment will touch you from us."
36:19
They (Messengers) said: "Your evil omens be with you! (Do you call it "evil omen") because you are admonished? Nay, but you are a people Musrifun (transgressing all bounds by committing all kinds of great sins, and by disobeying Allah).
36:20
And there came running from the farthest part of the town, a man, saying: "O my people! Obey the Messengers;
36:21
"Obey those who ask no wages of you (for themselves), and who are rightly guided.
36:22
"And why should I not worship Him (Allah Alone) Who has created me and to Whom you shall be returned.
36:23
"Shall I take besides Him aliha (gods), if the Most Beneficent (Allah) intends me any harm, their intercession will be of no use for me whatsoever, nor can they save me?
36:24

It was but one Saihah (shout, etc.) and lo! They (all) were silent (dead-destroyed).
36:30
Alas for mankind! There never came a Messenger to them but they used to mock at him.
36:31
Do they not see how many of the generations We have destroyed before them? Verily, they will not return to them.

36:67
And if it had been Our Will, We could have transformed them (into animals or lifeless objects) in their places. Then they should have been unable to go forward (move about) nor they could have turned back. [As it happened with the Jews see Verse 7:166 The Quran].

36:83
So Glorified is He and Exalted above all that they associate with Him, and in Whose Hands is the dominion of all things, and to Him you shall be returned.
