Soul Air Reality
Jul 27, 2025By Soul Air Reality

Allah’s creation is a manifestation of His infinite wisdom — intricately calculated, beautifully balanced, and fully aligned with His divine decree. To believe in Allah (SWT) is not only to acknowledge His presence but to accept the full scope of reality that He has designed — including the unseen spiritual realm. This realm is not a fantasy, nor is it metaphorical. It is real, active, and constantly at work according to Allah’s natural laws.

Just as Allah created mankind with purpose, He also created the angels and the jinn — both beings of the unseen world. Their roles, however, differ. Angels are made of light and are purely obedient, unwavering in their worship and submission to Allah. They do not have free will. They are Muslim by nature, sinless and sincere, assigned tasks such as protection, record-keeping, and delivering revelation.

Jinn, on the other hand, are made of smokeless fire and, like mankind, possess free will. Among them are both believers and disbelievers, the righteous and the rebellious. Their presence and influence vary by degree, especially under the guidance of shayateen (devils) from among them. This is why their influence is subtle yet personal — they tailor their whispers according to one’s weaknesses, desires, and lapses in remembrance.

The reality is: the more spiritual consistency we build, the stronger the presence of angels in our lives becomes — offering all kinds of protection, clarity, and evident encouragement. This is why maintaining a relationship with Allah requires effort, sincerity, and steadiness. Imagine being at a job where your boss is receiving daily reports on your conduct — whether you are working with integrity, abusing your resources, or failing to meet expectations. The spiritual realm operates with that same level of awareness. You are constantly seen, heard, and accounted for — not just by people, but by creation you cannot see.

The angels advocate for your purity, while the jinn tempt your vulnerability. It's a tug-of-war, reflecting the times we live in. Corruption evolves, and the whisperings of the jinn evolve with it — adapting to social norms, modern challenges, and internal struggles.  On the other side, the language of the angels remains timeless, unchanged in their message and devotion because it is strong enough to overpower that negativity when we hone sincerity.

Allah even uses a powerful parable in His choice of Arabic for the Quran — calling it an easy language in Surah 19:97 while also acknowledging it's difficulty to convey. Yet, life on earth has turned it into one of the hardest languages to master. This speaks to the deeper truth: the Quran is easy in nature, but difficult for those distracted by dunya. Upholding its principles demands striving, just like climbing uphill with sincerity.

Our digital and social platforms reflect this spiritual climate. When we foster good intentions, seek truth, and practice patience, we are surrounded by divine reinforcement — peace, protection, and guidance. But when we lean into deceit, manipulation, and arrogance, we attract negative encouragement. As the Prophet ﷺ  encourages to treat others as you would like to be treated. It’s more than a rule of etiquette — it’s a spiritual law that determines the quality of influence we receive from the unseen.

Among the most misunderstood aspects of the jinn’s influence is black magic. Many today dismiss it as outdated superstition, failing to recognize that it has simply evolved into more concealed forms. The deception lies in making people believe a distorted version of truth — a powerful illusion maintained by those who benefit from false narratives. Allah warns us of this. Just as germs and viruses can spread through human contact, spiritual sickness can too — through envy, gossip, curses, and evil intent.

Hence, Islamic dress, such as hijab or niqab, isn’t just a badge of faith — it's a shield of protection. It signals to the unseen realm where you stand. This is why our intention matters. Allah tells us in Surah 17:84 that each person acts according to their own disposition and that the knowledge of the Ruh (spirit) is something only He fully understands. His wisdom is higher than all knowledge, and He constructed mankind and the Quran with precision — suited to our needs and limits.

Yet, many react to spiritual warnings as if they're fairy tales — dramatizing the need for protection only when calamity strikes. But the boogeyman exists, not as a cartoon monster, but as real, dark influences encouraged by the jinn. We see it manifest in modern forms: addiction, chronic depression, manipulation, unchecked desire, and impulsive decisions. In Surah Taha (20:126–127), Allah says that those who turn away from His signs will live a constricted life. The signs are there — ignoring them only invites hardship.

Among the greatest dangers to the soul is al-fahisha — flagrant, indecent acts that darken the heart from belief and invite corruption. Allah says in Surah Al-‘Ankabut (29:28–29):

“And [mention] Lut, when he said to his people, ‘Indeed, you commit such immorality (al-fahisha) as no one has preceded you with from among the worlds. Indeed, you approach men and obstruct the road and commit evil in your gatherings.’”
[Surah Al-‘Ankabut 29:28–29]
Here, Allah exposes the spiritual collapse of a society drowned in sexual perversion, arrogance, and public shamelessness. The acts were not just private sins — they were systemic, infecting public spaces and social norms. This was a generation that ignored divine guidance and dismissed the gravity of their actions — mirroring today’s society in many ways.

Even the existence of sexually transmitted diseases is not random — some are curable, while others act as lifelong consequences, like HIV. These too are signs — warnings tailored to wake up the heedless. The severity of our tests often reflects the depth of our ignorance or arrogance, and the attention we give to our intention in action is what determines our degree of spiritual safety.

In the end, Allah’s creation is perfect.
The Quran is our guide.
The angels are our supporters.
The jinn are our test.
And Allah is our Witness.

The more we understand the dynamics of the unseen realm, the more we realize this life is not random — it is precision wrapped in parables.

Qaf. By the Glorious Qur’an.
Nay, they wonder that there has come to them a warner from among themselves. So the disbelievers say: "This is a strange thing!"
"When we are dead and have become dust (shall we be resurrected?) That is a far return."
We know that which the earth takes of them, and with Us is a Book, kept in order.
Nay, but they have denied the truth when it has come to them, so they are in a confused state.
Have they not looked at the heaven above them, how We have made it and adorned it, and there are no rifts in it?
And the earth, We have spread it out, and have placed therein firm mountains, and caused to grow therein all kinds of lovely growth.
An insight and a reminder for every slave who turns to Allah in repentance.
And We send down blessed water (rain) from the sky, then We produce therewith gardens and grain (every kind of harvest) that are reaped.
And tall date-palms, with ranged clusters.
A provision for (Allah’s) slaves. And We give life therewith to a dead land. Thus will be the resurrection (of the dead).
The people of Noah denied before them, and (so did) the dwellers of Rass, and Thamud,
And ‘Ad, and Pharaoh, and the brethren of Lot,
And the dwellers of the wood, and the people of Tubba’. Everyone of them denied their Messengers, so My Threat took effect.
Were We then tired with the first creation? Nay, They are in confused doubt about a new creation.
And indeed We have created man, and We know what his own self whispers to him. And We are nearer to him than his jugular vein.
(Remember!) that the two receivers (recording angels) receive, one sitting on the right and one on the left (to note his actions).
Not a word does he utter but there is a watcher by him ready (to record it).
And the stupor of death will come in truth: "This is what you have been avoiding!"
And the Trumpet will be blown — that will be the Day of the threat.
And every person will come forth along with an (angel) to drive (him), and an (angel) to bear witness.
(It will be said to the sinner): "Indeed you were heedless of this. Now We have removed from you your covering, and sharp is your sight this Day!"
And his companion (the angel) will say: "Here is (his record) ready with me!"
(It will be said): "Both of you throw into Hell every stubborn disbeliever,
Hinderer of good, transgressor, doubter,
Who set up another ilah (god) with Allah. Then both of you cast him in the severe torment."
His companion (Satan – devil) will say: "Our Lord! I did not push him to transgress. (Instead), he was himself in error far astray."
Allah will say: "Dispute not in front of Me, I had already, in advance, sent you the threat.
The Sentence that comes from Me cannot be changed, and I am not unjust to the slaves."
On the Day when We will say to Hell: "Are you filled?" It will say: "Are there any more (to come)?"
And Paradise will be brought near to the Muttaqun (the pious and righteous), not far off.
(It will be said): "This is what you were promised — to every one who turned (to Allah) in sincere repentance, and kept (His commandments);
Who feared the Most Beneficent (Allah) in the Ghaib (unseen), and came with a heart repenting.
Enter you therein in peace and security — this is the Day of eternal life!"
There they will have all that they desire — and We have more (for them).
And how many a generation before them did We destroy, who were stronger in power than them. And (when Our torment came) they ran for refuge in the land! Was there any place of refuge for them?
Verily, therein is indeed a reminder for him who has a heart or gives ear while he is heedful.
And indeed We created the heavens and the earth and all between them in six Days and nothing of fatigue touched Us.
So bear with patience (O Muhammad) all that they say, and glorify the praises of your Lord, before the rising of the sun and before (its) setting.
And during a part of the night (also) glorify His praises, and after the prostrations (i.e. prayers).
And listen on the Day when the caller will call from a near place,
The Day when they will hear the shout in truth. That will be the Day of coming out (from the graves).
Verily, We it is Who give life and cause death; and to Us is the final return.
On the Day when the earth shall be cleft, from off them (they will come out) hastening. That will be a gathering — easy for Us.
We know best what they say. And you (O Muhammad) are not the one to force them. But warn by the Qur’an; him who fears My Threat.

Surah 33
O Prophet! Keep your duty to Allah and obey not the disbelievers and the hypocrites. Verily, Allah is Ever All-Knower, All-Wise.
And follow that which is inspired in you from your Lord. Verily, Allah is Well-Acquainted with what you do.
And put your trust in Allah, and Sufficient is Allah as a Wakil (Trustee or Disposer of affairs).
Allah has not put for any man two hearts inside his body. Neither has He made your wives whom you declare to be like your mothers’ backs your real mothers. Nor has He made your adopted sons your real sons. That is but your saying with your mouths. But Allah says the truth, and He guides to the Right Way.
Call them by their fathers’ names: that is more just with Allah. But if you do not know their fathers, then they are your brothers in religion and your clients. And there is no sin on you concerning that in which you made a mistake, except in regard to what your hearts deliberately intend. And Allah is Ever Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.
The Prophet is closer to the believers than their own selves, and his wives are their mothers. And blood relations among each other have closer personal ties in the Book of Allah than the believers and the emigrants, except that you do kindness to those brothers. This has been written in the Book.
And when We took from the Prophets their covenant, and from you, and from Noah, Abraham, Moses, and Jesus son of Mary. We took from them a strong covenant.
That He may ask the truthful about their truth. And He has prepared for the disbelievers a painful torment.
O you who believe! Remember Allah with much remembrance.
And glorify His praises morning and afternoon.
He it is Who sends blessings on you, and His angels also, that He may bring you out from darkness into light. And He is Ever Most Merciful to the believers.
Their greeting on the Day they meet Him will be "Peace." And He has prepared for them a generous reward.
O Prophet! Verily, We have sent you as a witness, and a bearer of glad tidings, and a warner,
And as one who invites to Allah by His Leave, and as a lamp spreading light.
And announce to the believers the glad tidings, that they will have from Allah a great bounty.
And obey not the disbelievers and the hypocrites, and harm them not. And put your trust in Allah. And sufficient is Allah as a Trustee.
O you who believe! Enter not the Prophet’s houses, except when you are permitted for a meal, without waiting for its cooking to be finished. But when you are invited, enter; and when you have taken your meal, disperse, without seeking to remain for conversation. Verily, that was annoying the Prophet, and he is shy of you, but Allah is not shy of the truth. And when you ask his wives for anything you want, ask them from behind a screen. That is purer for your hearts and for their hearts. And it is not right for you that you should annoy Allah’s Messenger, nor that you should ever marry his wives after him. Verily, that would be an enormity in the sight of Allah.
Whether you reveal a thing or conceal it, verily, Allah is Ever All-Knower of everything.
It is no sin on them (his wives) concerning their fathers, or their sons, or their brothers, or their brothers’ sons, or their sisters’ sons, or their own women, or their slaves. And fear Allah. Verily, Allah is Ever All-Witness over everything.
Verily, Allah and His angels send blessings on the Prophet. O you who believe! Send your blessings on him and greet him with respect.
Verily, those who annoy Allah and His Messenger, Allah has cursed them in this world and in the Hereafter, and has prepared for them a humiliating torment.
And those who harm believing men and believing women undeservedly, bear on themselves the crime of slander and plain sin.
O Prophet! Tell your wives and your daughters and the women of the believers to draw their cloaks over their bodies. That will be better, that they should be known so as not to be annoyed. And Allah is Ever Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.
If the hypocrites, and those in whose hearts is a disease, and those who spread false news in Al-Madinah, cease not, We shall certainly let you overpower them. Then they will not be able to stay in it as your neighbors but a little while.
Accursed, they shall be seized wherever found and killed with a (terrible) slaughter.
That was the Way of Allah with those who passed away of old. And you will not find any change in the Way of Allah.
People ask you concerning the Hour. Say: The knowledge of it is with Allah alone. And what makes you to know? It may be that the Hour is near!
Verily, Allah has cursed the disbelievers, and has prepared for them a blazing Fire.
Wherein they will abide forever, and they will find neither a protector nor a helper.
On the Day when their faces will be turned over in the Fire, they will say: “Oh, would that we had obeyed Allah and obeyed the Messenger!”
And they will say: “Our Lord! Verily, we obeyed our chiefs and our great ones, and they misled us from the Right Path.
Our Lord! Give them double torment and curse them with a mighty curse!”
O you who believe! Be not like those who annoyed Moses, but Allah cleared him of that which they alleged, and he was honorable in Allah’s sight.
O you who believe! Keep your duty to Allah and fear Him, and speak the truth.
He will direct you to do righteous good deeds and will forgive you your sins. And whoever obeys Allah and His Messenger has indeed achieved a great success.
Verily, We offered the trust to the heavens and the earth and the mountains, but they refused to bear it and were afraid of it. But man undertook it. Verily, he was unjust and ignorant.
So that Allah may punish the hypocrites, men and women, and the men and women who associate partners with Him. And so that Allah may accept the repentance of the believing men and women. And Allah is Ever Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

Furqan 1-15

Blessed is He Who sent down the Criterion to His slave (Muhammad) that he may be a warner to the ‘Alamin (mankind and jinn).
He to Whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth, and Who has begotten no son and for Whom there is no partner in the dominion. He has created everything, and has measured it exactly according to its due measurements.
Yet they have taken besides Him other gods who created nothing but are themselves created, and possess neither hurt nor benefit for themselves, and possess no power (of causing) death, nor of giving life, nor of raising the dead.
Those who disbelieve say: “This (Qur’an) is nothing but a lie that he (Muhammad) has invented, and others have helped him at it.” In fact, they have produced an unjust wrong and a lie.
And they say: “Tales of the ancients, which he has written down, and they are dictated to him morning and afternoon.”
Say: “It has been sent down by Him (Allah) Who knows the secret in the heavens and the earth. Truly, He is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.”
And they say: “Why does this Messenger eat food, and walk about in the markets? Why is not an angel sent down to him to be a warner with him?
Or (why) has not a treasure been granted to him, or why has he not a garden whereof he may eat?” And the Zalimun (polytheists and wrongdoers) say: “You follow none but a man bewitched.”
See how they coin similitudes for you, so they have gone astray, and they cannot find a (Right) Path.
Blessed is He Who, if He wills, will assign you better than (all) that — Gardens under which rivers flow, and will assign you palaces.
Nay, they deny the Hour (of the Day of Resurrection). And for those who deny the Hour, We have prepared a blazing Fire.
When it sees them from a far place, they will hear its raging and its roaring.
And when they shall be thrown into a narrow place thereof, chained together, they will exclaim therein for destruction.
Exclaim not today for one destruction, but exclaim for many destructions!
Say: “Is that (torment) better, or the Paradise of eternity promised to the Muttaqun (pious and righteous)? It will be theirs as a reward and a final destination.”

Verily, We made the mountains to glorify Our Praises with him (David) in the afternoon and after sunrise.
And (so did) the birds assembled: all with him did turn to Allah and glorify His Praises.
We made his kingdom strong and gave him wisdom and sound judgment in speech and decision.
And has the news of the litigants reached you? When they climbed over the wall into his Mihrab (prayer chamber).
When they entered in upon David, he was terrified of them. They said: “Fear not! (We are) two litigants, one of whom has wronged the other; therefore judge between us with truth, and treat us not with injustice, and guide us to the Right Way.”
“Verily, this my brother has ninety-nine ewes, while I have (only) one ewe, and he says: ‘Hand it over to me,’ and he overpowered me in speech.”
David said: “He has wronged you in demanding your ewe in addition to his ewes. And verily, many partners oppress one another, except those who believe and do righteous good deeds, and they are few.” And David guessed that We had tried him, and he sought forgiveness of his Lord, and he fell down prostrate and turned (to Allah) in repentance.
So We forgave him that, and verily, for him is a near access to Us, and a good place of final return (Paradise).
O David! Verily! We have placed you as a successor on earth; so judge between men in truth and follow not the desire — for it will mislead you from the Path of Allah. Verily, those who wander astray from the Path of Allah shall have a severe torment, because they forgot the Day of Reckoning.
And We created not the heaven and the earth and all that is between them without purpose. That is the consideration of those who disbelieve. Then woe to those who disbelieve (in Islamic Monotheism) from the Fire!
Shall We treat those who believe and do righteous good deeds as those who cause mischief on earth? Shall We treat the pious as the wicked?
This is a Book which We have sent down to you, full of blessings, that they may ponder over its verses, and that men of understanding may remember.
And to David We gave Solomon. How excellent a slave! Verily, he was ever oft-returning in repentance (to Us)!

So Fir‘aun (Pharaoh) withdrew, devised his plot and then came back.
Musa (Moses) said to them: "Woe to you! Invent not a lie against Allah lest He should destroy you completely by a torment. And surely, he who invents a lie will fail."
Then they debated one with another what they must do, and they kept their talk secret.
They said: "Verily! These are two magicians. Their object is to drive you out from your land with magic, and overcome your chiefs and nobles.
So devise your plot, and then assemble in line. And whoever overcomes this day will be indeed successful."
They said: "O Musa (Moses)! Either you throw first or we be the first to throw?"
[Musa] said: "Nay, throw you (first)!" Then behold! Their ropes and their sticks, by their magic, appeared to him as though they moved fast.
So Musa conceived fear in himself.
We said: "Fear not! Surely, you will have the upper hand.
And throw that which is in your right hand! It will swallow up that which they have made. That which they have made is only a magician’s trick, and the magician will never be successful, no matter whatever amount (of skill) he may attain."
So the magicians fell down prostrate. They said: "We believe in the Lord of Harun (Aaron) and Musa (Moses)."
[Fir‘aun] said: "Believe you in him (Musa) before I give you permission? Verily, he is your chief who has taught you magic. So I will surely cut off your hands and feet on opposite sides, and I will surely crucify you on the trunks of date-palms, and you shall know which of us can give the more severe and more lasting torment."
They said: "We prefer you not over the clear signs that have come to us, and to Him (Allah) Who created us. So decree whatever you desire to decree, for you can only decree (regarding) the life of this world.
Verily! We have believed in our Lord, that He may forgive us our faults, and the magic to which you did compel us. And Allah is Better (as regards reward in comparison to your reward), and more lasting (as regards punishment in comparison to your punishment)."
Verily! Whoever comes to his Lord as a criminal, then surely, for him is Hell, wherein he will neither die nor live.
But whoever comes to Him as a believer, and has done righteous good deeds, for such are the high ranks,
Everlasting Gardens (Paradise), under which rivers flow, wherein they will abide forever. Such is the reward of those who purify themselves (by abstaining from all kinds of sins and evil deeds which Allah has forbidden and by doing all that which Allah has ordained).
